Focusing on finishing one partner build at a time is a better strategy than trying to complete all four at once. Completing a single float can net you 1,100–1,500 dice, which you can then use to power through the next build. Now that you've completed one build and have more dice, you're in a stronger position to find another active partner for your next slot. Just rinse and repeat the process till you complete all four.
